Responsabilités: Provide high-quality administrative support to the PPD department's activities in Asia-Pacific; Assist with regional recruitments, including the creation of job descriptions, the advertising of vacancies, the screening of CVs, the arrangement of interviews, the drafting of any follow-up correspondence and contracts, and any Employment Pass applications; Complete any payroll-related changes, in liaison with the Finance Department; Ensure the integrity of the data in the HRIS systems; Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower, insurance companies and any other suppliers, as and when necessary; Handle employee queries in a pleasant manner and provide advice on policies, procedures and practices; Assist in the planning and execution of all PPD-related activities, including Leadership and Development activities, Employee Engagement activities and PPD projects; Maintain and audit all PPD files to ensure that records are accurate and completed in accordance with legal requirements; and Any other ad hoc projects, as requested by the Regional Head, People, Performance and Development, Asia-Pacific. Qualifications: University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business of another related discipline; At least 3 years of working experience; prior HR experience would be an asset; Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail; Self-starter, able to exercise initiative and to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously; Dynamic personality, flexible, team-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively internationally, cross-culturally, and at all levels within and outside the organisation; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality; and Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset. ------------------------- People are at the heart of everything we do at IATA. Responsabilités:

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
