Competency-based approach to the training process in the aviation industry is essential for building an effective training process in the organisation and providing influential learning culture. This training aims to prepare the Training manager and leaders at different levels to understand and implement an objective and efficient training procedure that meets organisation and individual training needs. It gives leaders the confidence that the organisation covers all the requirements and regulations in the aviation industry. The training approach is developed on organisational, job and individual levels. The training provides a good understanding of the training process based on a competency-based approach and normative aviation requirements. It also enhances the learning culture and creates an environment of continuous improvement.
