Responsabilidades: Providing administrative support for smooth functioning of the Flight Operations Administration office on a daily basis and assist in improving the efficiency of various existing work functions. OPERATIONAL  * End to end coordination of processing of Job descriptions for the Flight Operations Department maintaining central database of the same.  * Keeping a record of staff requisition form raised for the department to facilitate better follow up on recruitment items for the department.  * Processing of Attrition of staff leaving the department.  * Processing of administration documents viz. probation confirmations, special staff requests.  * Raising purchase requisition for the Flight Operations Administration section.  * Verifying HR letters received.  * End to end tracking of Staff Movement Approvals (upgrade and management) for pilots to ensure all SMAs are processed and staff upgraded on time.  * Owner of Flight Operations Meeting Room on Microsoft calendar to accept and reject booking requests, this may include coordinating between sections in case the requirement is urgent.  * Issuing petty cash vouchers.  * Ensuring retirement list received from HR is closed before staff retirement.  * End to end tracking of all administration issues ensuring closure of issues.  * Preparing all letters to be sent to HR for further processing.  * Assist in local procedures manual editing for the department.  * Facilitating Training course nominations ensuring staff are appropriately trained for current and future prospects.  * Maintaining yearly leave plan for management use.  * Coordinating with other departments to close any administration related issues.  * Support Manager Flight Operations Administration in ad-hoc projects.  * Seek feedback, analyse and suggest ways to improve utilization of administration systems.
Habilidades requeridas: QUALIFICATIONS: * Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification _Preferred_  * Graduate in any discipline. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 4 years relevant experience  JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS: * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.  * Conversant with the principles and techniques of task assigned.  * Ability to make independent judgement in the absence of supervision; and to work independently, maintain confidentiality.  * Ability to independently handle correspondence with other departments within the company through telephone, emails and personal contact.   * Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Oracle.  * Well developed interpersonal team oriented skills.  * Fluent in written and spoken English.  * Good organisational skills.  * High degree of attention to detail.  * Flexible in approach and ability to deal with demanding deadlines. _Preferred _ * Ability to handle ad hoc projects.
