Communication skills - course for aviation managers and teams

In this course, you will learn how to communicate more effectively and achieve your personal goals. The training provides a holistic approach to the communication process, barriers in communication, different types of communication and communicators and topics such as emotional intelligence and communication in aviation. Our trainers will provide the right tools to cooperate and respond strategically to people's needs and messages. The course focuses on developing critical communication skills required in the aviation industry. You will learn the importance of matching your communication style with others and controlling challenging conversations and situations.
