Responsibilities: Provide professional and courteous switchboard coverage with emphasis on excellent customer service; Assist in processing conference room requests in the EMS program and catering requirements; Assist in the set up and use of audio visual and video equipment in the conference rooms, and be resourceful in finding quick solutions to any projection, audio, video machine dysfunctions; Assist in preparation, set up and clearing of catering requests served in conference rooms; Assist in the operation and clean up of coffee machine, juice dispenser and fruit baskets in the Bistro; Be vigilant, security focused, aware and observant with attention to detail of activity around the reception; Replace any member of the team and be a vital team player embracing IATA values. Qualifications: Recent Univertisty graduate (degree must have been achieved within the last 12 months); Customer service experience, preferably reception would be an asset; Knowledge of audio visual and video technologies would be an asset; Ability to multi-task while constantly being security focused; Flexible in starting, ending times and in weekend / holiday coverage; Flexible to be able to do some manual work as may be required; Computer literate: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access data base (preferable), Events Management System (preferable); Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French; additional language skills would be an asset. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Responsibilities:
Provide professional and courteous switchboard coverage with emphasis on excellent customer service;
