Responsabilités: * Ensure that high quality settlement services are delivered to customers accurately and with utmost operational integrity * Responsible for booking of financial transactions (incoming / outgoing) and performing reconciliations. * Responsible for ensuring bank movements are booked on-time and accurately * Provide support for the Financial Reporting of Month End close, Quarterly Close and Year End Close for all GDC Settlement Operations. * Provide support in achieving the Operational KPI Targets, i.e. Suspense Reduction and On Time Financial Reporting. * Provide support to strengthen the operational procedures to ensure proper operation of internal control systems and procedures, and compliance with internal audit * Assure high quality support to airlines and operators and ensure timely and accurate response to their business needs * Responsible for unallocated payment investigation * Report to and support the Manager, Accounting with various operational related matters and projects in order to achieve the operational and financial objectives Qualifications: Essential skills with some limitations in: * Accounting & reconciliation * Microsoft Excel * Written/Spoken professional English * Systems: SAP, Salesforce, MS Office programs, Outlook * Airline industry knowledge * Client & stakeholder management * Negotiation skills, particularly in relation to debt management * Taxes * Teamwork   Fair knowledge and skill, possibly with supervision, in: * Additional languages * Process review & improvement * Systems: SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio * Remittance & settlement operations * Airport operations * Banking / treasury / Invoicing   Basic skills and/or limited knowledge in: * Project management * Strategic thinking * MS Access * Quality * Risk management ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Expérience requise: This position reports to the Manager, Accounting. The objective of the role is to ensure that all day-to-day accounting activities for the GDC Settlement operations are performed accurately and in a timely manner.   Apart from skills in accounting, the candidate needs to be organized and customer focused, with skills in stakeholder management given the frequent interaction with the Settlement team, airlines and regional offices.
