Responsabilités: Perform market research and analysis to support the effective delivery of IATA’s advocacy initiatives in India; Create and maintain a database of airline members, relevant associations and government stakeholders; Organize and participate in industry networking events and workshops in India; Prepare industry communication materials, e.g. PowerPoint presentations, Brochures, Newsletters, HTML emails; Respond to requests from relevant internal and external stakeholders; Any other ad hoc projects, as requested by the Country Director, India, Nepal, Bhutan. Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Fluency in spoken and written English; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an analytical capacity. Additional knowledge and experience related to aviation will be an asset. A high level of quantitative and statistical analysis skills – accuracy and attention to detail are core requirements to the role; Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience; Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work as part of a small, flexible team and engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; and Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially with the use of Microsoft Excel. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors.
