Responsabilidades: * Support and coordinate stakeholder management activities with airlines and other external stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical personnel, and pilots * Support overall project success through the full product life-cycle, from concept through release * Manage tasks and project management activities in a proactive and timely manner * Support the tracking and monitoring of key project milestones, budgets, and documentation * Assist with project administration tasks such as report preparation, follow-ups, and vendor management * Assist with the preparation and delivery of communications to internal and external stakeholders, including presentations, calls, webinars, IATA @ noon sessions, and press releases * Plan for a sequence of intranet and extranet posts, showcasing projects' achievements and/or specific activities to internal and external stakeholders * Support Account Management updates using IATA CRM platform * Assist with the coordination of the internal IT Department and the Project Team * Assist with the management and maintenance of the Project Extranet site on SharePoint and of the Project Wiki Site on Confluence * Perform administrative tasks on request Qualifications: * Recent graduate or current student of Business, Marketing, or a related field * Self-starter, can work independently with minimum supervision * Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, with good communication and business acumen skills * Excellent command of English * Technology savvy and able to master new technical concepts * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, SharePoint), Atlassian Confluence (preferred) ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
