Responsibilities: Support local management in all matters related to the office facilities, including the participation in the choice of the new offices, and the assistance in the definition of the terms and conditions of the lease contracts, but excluding all normal operational matters; Manage the contract lease database, ensuring that it is always up to date, and providing the input and warnings to the concerned people when some initiative is required (eg. notice letter for contract termination); Act as a project manager for the important renovation projects, ensuring the overall coordination with the internal stakeholders, the local management, the external architect, the suppliers/contractors and the landlords; Control the respect of the IATA technical set-up and of the interior planning guidelines; Enforce the procurement rules, drive the internal budget and forecast activities monitoring the respect of the deadlines and the budget. Qualifications: University degree; 5 years experience in a relevant area, with an engineering, finance and project management background; Due to the international dimension of the activity, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people cross-culturally and at all levels of management within and outside the organization is required; As the IATA layout standard involves a cultural change in the way of working and interacting in the office, the ability to communicate and train staff is important; Proven team player with a strong positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; French or other languages a plus. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors.
