Responsibilities: Support the development of consulting proposals, marketing brochures, reports and internal training documents; Responsible for preparing contract documentation, internal forms and other administrative tasks related to consulting projects; Responsible for bad debt collection and invoice / payment follow up; Responsible for PowerPoint/PDF design of course materials, polishing, formatting, internal and external distribution;  Monitor requests from the public related to consulting and training initiatives and forward them to the appropriate Product Manager/Aviation Solution Managers/Sales Managers; Conduct market research and analysis related to consulting and training streams; Liaise with external consultants and instructors, training coordinators and MER colleagues in IATA’s regional and country offices in relation to consulting and training projects; Provide other support for consulting and training projects, as required. Qualifications: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications or related field; Excellent English writing and editing skills; Strong English oral communication skills;  Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to deliver projects within required deadlines; A commercial mindset and strong work ethic; Spanish or French language is an asset; Experience working in an international environment is an asset; Experience in consulting / training and development areas is an asset. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. The incumbent will help the with the administration and development logistics of consulting projects and classroom and distance learning training. The internship will provide an opportunity for exposure to a variety of aviation topics in a commercial context, and is therefore suited to an ambitious, resourceful individual with an interest in the industry.

Responsibilities:
