Aufgaben: As OTA & Retail Sales Manager you will drive multinational partnership agreements with key Online Travel Agencies (OTA) partners, negotiating on multi-annual incentive agreements and driving the OTA sales strategy throughout the network. You will coordinate communication between Global Leisure Sales, Field Leisure Sales teams, Revenue Management/Pricing and Marketing. You will also handle daily account management with OTA partners, preparing account review documents and monitoring the implementation of marketing plans; you will benchmark key Retail groups, build senior level relationship and assess opportunity to negotiate global partnership deals.  
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten You must have a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of job-related experience. Experience in Online Travel industry with exposure to Online Travel Agencies’ are essential to be successful in this role. You must be able to develop strategic initiatives as well as ability to spot and interpret global market trends. You will have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with strong ability to negotiate. We need you to have strong influencing skills, strong leadership ability and innovative mindset. Strong analytical abilities, good knowledge of online marketing, pricing & distribution technology and excellent relationship building skills are important requirements of the role. Notes: 1.
