Обязанности: Perform administrative duties, which may involve contact and exposure to confidential materials and information; Support the Director, in its administrative tasks (travel, expense report…); Organize internal and external meetings; Support maintenance and creation of department’s communication documentation; Intranet content management,; Support of OTC (Order-To-Cash) and PTP (Procure-To-Pay) processes for Transformation business activities using the SAP platform or internal portal; Any other tasks related to the support of the Transformation department. Qualifications: Master degree within one year from graduation; Excellent PC skills particularly with MS Office Programmes; Photoshop and video editing skills would be a plus; Self-starter, with ability to exercise initiative, and handle multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on quality, high attention to detail and proven organizational skills;  Dynamic personality, flexible, adaptable, team-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Excellent written and spoken English; Analytic and communication skills; Ability to work in a multicultural environment; This role requires a motivated & experienced individual who can work across broad and complex environments; The incumbent should have a detailed understanding of business processes, and be able to recommend improvements. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
