Отговорности: * Handle all Building Environmental, Health, Security and Safety matters * Manage cards access and security systems in accordance with the ISO standards and in conjunction with ITS Security manager * Handle the Security Team at Reception, ensuring the all procedures and documentation are up-to-date and reviewed regularly * Ensure regular trainings for the IATA Safety Team * Support the Assistant Director, Admin Services in defining, developing and implementing the organization Security and Safety Strategy defining priorities and executing plans to ensure the highest security and safety standards are integrated and prioritized in the organization business objectives * Ensure IATA’s Security and Safety policies and practices are aligned with International Organizations’ minimal requirement, public and private standards and/or best practices; * Identify, engage and develop key local security and safety networks including professional associations and international organizations experts, to exchange and share critical information on incidents and actionable intelligence on security issues affecting IATA’s staff and operations. Represent IATA in a professional information sharing capability; * Perform health, safety and security audits, incidents management and investigation; * Maintain and develop the IATA GVA IMP plans and the CAP BCP in coordination with the Audit team, conduct periodic reviews and test BCP and IMP plans. * Provide sound technical assistance to Auditor, PPD and Legal whenever is required in the security and safety risk assessment, as well as the development and implementation of appropriate mitigation plans; * Deliver security and safety awareness training for all staff, including incident and crisis management. Facilitate and conduct different types of training by engaging expert instructors and establishing institutional training and collaboration with host country governments and other International Organizations; * Identify, share and facilitate implementation of safety and security tools, including incident reporting and investigation with IATA’s global operation; * Compile a Security and Safety Manual which will incorporate IATA’s security and safety policies, guidelines, rules and procedures, which will become the cornerstone for security management within the organization; * Facilitate and coordinate a local security and safety sharing forum/network essential in order to embed security culture within all layers of IATA’s program activities; * Regularly produce security and safety reports and/or intelligence reports which will reflect the surroundings in which staff operate, that will contribute to raise security and safety awareness. Organize Informative Safety and Security sessions for IATA Staff * In coordination with the IATA Environment Team,  ensure all necessary actions to reduce the environmental impact of the IATA GVA premises. Qualifications: * Min 5 years’ experience in Safety and Security * University degree * Fluency in English and French * Proven experience in delivering security and safety trainings * Knowledge of the Airline industry and Aviation Security * Security Technical expertise * International experience in Safety and Security * Experience in supervising contractors * Strong people supervisory skills and experience in managing teams ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. In 2006, we consolidated European regional offices into one unique hub and drove staff development from simply training to focus on a leadership & learning role.

Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
