Отговорности: We have been commissioned by a leading flight management service provider to source an Assistant to CFO on a permanent basis for their facilities in the Mediterranean. The successful candidate will support the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance and is responsible for directing the fiscal functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Assisting the CFO in managing and developing the finance department, you will be responsible for Accounts receivable, Credit management, Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, Fixed assets, Inventory accounting, Planning and Budgeting and Financial Management Reporting. Benefits:- • Competitive Salary • Fantastic Location Key Responsibilities: • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting and revenue recognition • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting • Research technical accounting issues for compliance • Support month-end and year-end close process • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting • Manage and comply with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. • Reviews financial policies and internal controls and ensure adherence or seek amendment if necessary to safeguard the company's interests. • Oversee company accounting practices in Head Office and outstations including compliances with Local authorities, Stock Exchange authorities etc. • Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, forecasts and financial trends in order to assist the CFO and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities. • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions. • Monitoring performance of departments against their budgets & ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place across the company. • Identify and develop financial risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the company. • Monitoring the bank dealings, facilities & funds, and meeting company's financial obligations. • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the company. • To evaluate the finance department structure and implements team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities. • To undertake ad hoc financial management projects & provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline. • Continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets. • Assisting in staff & resources planning in conjunction with CFO & HR. • Assisting CFO in IT accounting system. Purchase, control & planning. • Producing financial reports in regular intervals on-time. • Balance Sheet and P&L • Ensuring to operate under proper accounting standards & procedure and to advise staff members accordingly. • Verification of debtors & creditors accounts. • Management of accounts payable & receivable and account reconciliation. • Coordination & approval of payment runs. • Claims management and billing management of charter sales transactions. • Liaison with banks affiliated with the company. • Management of company credit card accounts. • Continuous company assets evaluation. • Monitoring of inventory and filing of mandatory governmental reports. • Travel expense reports and liaison with HR dept. • Representing the company towards business partners (i.e. banks, customers, authorities and financial auditors). • Company departments budget planning, cost centre & profit centre management. • Liquidity and cash reports. • Definition of financial targets. • Production of budget plans, financial forecasts. • Definition of financial benchmarking. • Define and verify an aviation-relevant financial KPI system for an operative and strategic concept. • Advise on economic decisions of the company. • Additional controller duties as necessary KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Proven working experience as a Financial controller • 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience • Advanced degree in Accounting (ACCA) • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures • Experience with creating financial statements • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills • Experience in the field of aviation related accounts matters preferred. • Above average social and intercultural competence. • Excellent time management skills. • In-depth knowledge of accounts management IT solutions. • Excellent English language skills. Key Responsibilities:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven working experience as a Financial controller
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Advanced degree in Accounting (ACCA)
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Experience in the field of aviation related accounts matters preferred.
• Above average social and intercultural competence.
• Excellent time management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts management IT solutions.
• Excellent English language skills.
