职责 About the team you are joining
IATA's marketing team consists of 9 professionals with different cultural backgrounds who are based in Geneva, Switzerland and Montreal, Canada. The team is passionate about digital marketing campaigns that are effective, and is driven to demonstrate marketing's contribution to the top line of IATA's commercial portfolio and the ROI of its marketing campaign.
What your day would be like
Reporting to the Assistant Director Marketing, the incumbent will provide analytical and operational support in executing the marketing strategy and plan for the entire portfolio focusing on marketing automation.
Collaborating with product teams, the marketing managers and the AD Marketing, the candidate will proactively implement marketing automation campaigns that help meet annual product revenue targets.
The candidate will contribute to building the sales pipeline by targeting the appropriate audience both inside and outside the aviation industry via automated digital marketing campaigns.

...you find the following responsibilities exciting:
Generate leads for the sales teams as well as conversion in IATA's eCommerce systems by supporting design and execution of email, video, social media marketing campaigns;
Design and execute marketing automation campaigns that demonstrate direct revenue impact;
Create messages including design and copy for use in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Set up automated campaigns with the objective to nurture leads and develop them through the marketing funnel.
Collaborate with internal and external creative suppliers including copywriters, graphic designers, video designers, etc.
Contribute to building the sales pipeline by assisting the lines of business to identify and target the appropriate audience both inside and outside the aviation industry in close coordination with the marketing managers;
Analyze campaign results and apply learnings to future campaigns; develop specialized knowledge about the right marketing automation tactics for various marketing objectives and products and advise marketing managers accordingly;
Research industry trends and identify sales opportunities in co-ordination with the marketing and sales team;
Support stakeholders in bringing to market new products and services;
Handle ad-hoc requests for marketing support from stakeholders as needed.
