Trách nhiệm Manages the Cabin Crew Manpower Planning team and is primarily tasked with accurately tracking and forecasting Crew demand against supply. Responsible for key functions including Crew recruitment targets, Crew promotion targets, standby planning, leave allocation and distribution of training duties. OPERATIONAL  * Drive enhancements to the Cabin Crew Manpower Planning system/tools to meet changing business strategies and improve accuracy of tracking and projecting Crew demand and supply.  * Responsible for the annual Cabin Crew Manpower budget and respects the constraints and requirements of relevant stakeholders from across the business.  * Manages the Cabin Crew Manpower team to develop and maintain short, medium and long-term manpower plans to optimize Crew costs and maximize crew efficiency and utilization.  * Responsible for delivering an efficient and cost effective training plan including the recruitment, promotion and fleet qualification of Cabin Crew.  * Responsible for delivering monthly standby requirements that provide adequate coverage to mitigate against operational disruption.  * Responsible for delivering Crew leave limits that assist in minimizing the accrual of balance leave and maintain operational robustness.  * Represents Cabin Crew Manpower in the monthly handover to Rostering and Training Planning.  * Represents Cabin Crew Manpower in regular and adhoc meetings with key stakeholders.  * Conduct regular audits of business process to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.  * Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department. MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP  * Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.  * Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.  * Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.  * Train and develop other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place.  * To be committed and contribute to the National talent development, by coaching the national developees, preparing them for a career with boundless potential. Leading to the program’s continued growth and success
Yêu cầu kỹ năng QUALIFICATIONS: _Essential _ * Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level  PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: _Essential _ * Minimum 7 years relevant experience  _Preferred_ * Previous airline experience.  * Previous experience in workforce management / establishment planning / manpower planning.  * Previous experience in strategic planning. JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS: _Essential_ * Highly developed planning, analytical and problem solving skills.  * Well-developed interpersonal skills and effective in a multicultural setting.  * Grasp of commercial impacts and financial management and budgetary work.  * Proficient in English communication (written and spoken) and facilitation/presentation skills.  * Strong attention to details, organisation and time management skills.  * Ability to work under pressure, perform independently and work well with team members.  * Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members. _Preferred_  * Understanding of Crew Resources and Crew Planning.  * Understanding of Manpower Planning concepts and strategies. Notes: 1.
