Responsibilities: For one of our clients we are looking for Production Director – Aircraft Maintenance (MRO)
The Production Director is responsible for managing and overseeing aircraft maintenance and repair operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily aircraft maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with aviation authority regulations (e.g. EASA)
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials to meet maintenance schedules
- Ensure on-time delivery and efficient turnaround of aircraft
- Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and customer teams
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement
Required skills: -Strong leadership and operational management skills
-Solid understanding of aircraft maintenance regulations
-Experience in an MRO or airline maintenance environment
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
