Responsibilities: As a Resource Allocator, you will support to maximize resources utilization, and provide the dynamic resource allocation plan liaising with the Operational shift in-charge, to optimally allocate the key operational resources (Manpower) on the day of operation. Work closely with Resource Planning Coordinators in ensuring leaves and trainings are well planned and would not affect operational requirements
Required skills: You must have a Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent and preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Statistics or Human Resources and have at least 5 years of relevant experience that includes Airport Operations. Any resource management and planning experience as well as knowledge of INFORM RealTime module would be ideal, however you will need to have a Notes: 1. Resume / CV 2. Copy of Highest Educational Certificate 3. Copy of Passport
