Responsabilités: * Monitor system performance as per the documented SOP and raise an incident in case of issues; * Analyzing and resolving escalated tickets from the helpdesk team. Providing level 2 business support to migrating and migrated airlines/suppliers; * Assist members to migrate/use the XLS-XML option; * Processing system and acceptance tests and recording the results for new SIS releases / bug fixes and report to Business Analytics. Come up with negative test scenarios to identify potential issues that could occur; * Monitoring airline test files, analyzing file errors and reporting problem areas to Manager; * Support E-Invoicing standardization team in documentation efforts for Standard Operating Procedures and any other reference guides; * Analyzing Change Requests and recording them in the SIS CMP tool; * Monitoring of Miscellaneous data quality issues on a monthly basis and contacting members with data quality issues and working to improve the quality of the invoices; * To develop and organize data quality webcast for members with quality issues; * Reverse mobilization with existing user expending platform usage. Qualifications: * Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent; * 5+ years of experience; * Solid knowledge in XML and Webservice integration; * Knowledge of Agile and project methodology certification (PMI or equivalent); * Knowlege of e-Invoicing is a plus; * Good with numbers; * Creative and Agile; * Customer focus and strong steam spirit. * Fluent in English. other language welcome.  ------------------------- People are at the heart of everything we do at IATA.
