Responsabilités: You will work to deliver revenue targets for the assigned portfolio of accounts through strategic and tactical efforts including contract negotiation and implementation, account support and service and the responsible management of all facets of corporate and agency point of sale and back-end incentive programs.  You will be responsible for continuously improving the quality and timeliness of account performance and decision support efforts for Sales as well as being required to implement consistent, accurate and efficient coordinated initiatives driving sales actions to support Qatar Airways commercial objectives. Your key accountabilites will include meeting and exceeding the assigned revenue budget each fiscal year, achieving account growth through acquisition of properly profiled and targeted accounts and increasing sales effectiveness through planning and development in relation to the Annual Sales plan.  Creation of dynamic, performance driven agency programs through robust negotiations will also be an aspect as well as managing portfolios of accounts including travel agents and corporate accounts.
Expérience requise: You will be enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about selling. You will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 5 years job related experience in either airlines or the travel trade industry. Sales and management experience is essential.  Comprehensive, up to date product knowledge is also required as is a proven track record of revenue delivery with familiarity of local market practices an advantage. You will have excellent English communication skills at all levels and be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.  The ability to motivate team members and work as an individual or alongside others is also important.
