Job Summary The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and direction for all human resources functions, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development while serving as a key advisor to executive leadership. The HR Director plays a critical role in building a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth • Partner with executive leadership to provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management • Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, culture, and leadership effectiveness Talent Management & Workforce Planning • Oversee talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and leadership development programs • Ensure effective onboarding, career development, and retention initiatives • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives Employee Relations & Culture • Lead employee relations strategy, including conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions • Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture • Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, and employee engagement Compensation, Benefits & Rewards • Design and oversee competitive compensation, incentive, and benefits programs • Conduct market analysis and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness • Oversee payroll processes and vendor relationships HR Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws and regulations • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook • Manage employment-related risk and ensure consistent application of policies Learning & Organizational Development • Lead leadership development, training, and succession planning initiatives • Support organizational change, mergers, or restructuring efforts as needed HR Operations & Analytics • Oversee HR systems (HRIS), data integrity, and reporting • Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes • Manage the HR budget and departmental resources Team Leadership • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team • Set goals, performance expectations, and development plans for HR staff
