CEO Charter Airline
For one of our clients we are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join a charter airline in the role of CEO.
The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and will manage the growth and performance of the staff and the fleet.
He/she should develop and implement a global strategy and assume responsibility for all strategic
and commercial aspects of the company. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the viability, growth,
sustainability and profitability of the organization whilst promoting and supporting a safe, harmonious
and productive working environment for all.
The ideal candidate will have previous aviation management experience and a proven track record of effective team management and results-driven leadership.
To act as a CEO, you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader.
You will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings.
You will take actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective. The goal is to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Extensive executive level leadership experience and knowledge of the aviation and charter industry, including compliance requirements.
- Post graduate qualifications in a management or related field (MBA highly desirable).
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic, business and management principles and practices.
- Experience with requirements to operate as a registered and accredited charter airline
