Aufgaben: In this role you will be responsible for developing strategy to serve leisure customers through TO, OTA and Speciality, Retail and Consolidator channels and hold responsibility for leisure channel targets on a global level. Oversee the management of products for TO, OTA and Speciality, Retail and Consolidator channels. Ensure effective collaboration with the Regions to support efforts to maintain / improve sales channel and segment performance.  Oversee Global OTA Account management to meet / exceed revenue targets. Some of the key accountabilities of the role include; * Work with SVP Commercial Strategy to actively input insights from Leisure Channel Management into the development and implementation of the distribution strategy. * Develop TO, OTA and Speciality, Retail and Consolidator channel strategies to drive sales performance, maximize revenue contribution and meet assigned targets. * Ensure channel strategies prepare the organization for future trends, including evolution, merging and harvesting of channels. * Develop and ensure that the right structure, standards and processes are in place in order to facilitate the development, management and growth of TO, OTA and Speciality, Retail and Consolidator sales. * Translate performance objectives into departmental KPI targets. * Oversee execution of TO, OTA and Speciality, Retail and Consolidator channel strategies. * Hold responsibility for leisure channel targets at a global level and work with Reporting and Analytics on weekly and monthly analysis regarding channel performance. * Oversee management of products for TO, OTA and Speciality, Retail and Consolidator channels. * Oversee Global OTA Account management to meet / exceed revenue targets. * Responsible for effective monitoring of account performance against budgeted expectations. * Responsible for ensuring team works with local sales teams to identify opportunities to maximise sales. * Oversee collaboration with Product Development to develop new products for TO, OTA and Speciality, Retail and Consolidator customers. * Oversee collaboration with the Regions to ensure channel managers are meeting the needs of the Regions, leveraging their expertise and assisting efforts to improve sales channel and segment performance.  
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten   QUALIFICATIONS: Essential * Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level  PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Essential  * Minimum 8 years relevant experience * People management experience. * Strategy development experience. Preferred * Airline / travel industry experience. * Budgetary and planning experience.   JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS: Essential * Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members. * Strategic and forward thinker - anticipates what is coming and plans ahead. * Ability to make informed data-driven insights. * Open, fact-based and solution focused approach. * Excellent presentation skills to senior managers and executives. * Coordination skills – ability to coordinate project activities and tasks across departments, vendors and stakeholders. * Command of the English language.   Notes: 1.
