Aufgaben: We are looking for a Leisure Account Executive to join our team in Barcelona where you will be responsible for delivering the revenue budgets for the prescribed accounts/territories. You will develop a successful and consistent approach to local and multinational companies dealing to drive maximum revenue and minimum cost of sales. Specific accountabilities include: * Accountable for the implementation of leisure sales strategy to maximise both long and short term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate channel shift where appropriate.  * Execute the Sales action plan to optimize revenue.  * Proactively identify and capture new leisure leads ensuring high quality portfolio. * Retain the existing leisure accounts following up performance and take actions to ensure sales redirection. * Team up with the rest of sales team members including marketing, pricing, BDM teams * Full revenue accountability to the area/accounts assigned    
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten To be successful in this role, you will: * Tourism degree or equivalent  * Minimum of 4 years sales experience within a company related to the Leisure segment. * Need to demonstrate solid exposure to the national and global account management processes and must have prior experience working with the leisure segment of the airline market, which includes local and global OTAS, Leisure TMCs, VFR, Consolidators and FIT. * Have a track record of delivering revenue. *  Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Catalan speaking will be advantage.
