Aufgaben: * Support PPD colleagues using HR systems in recruitment, learning, performance, compensation and leave management activities; * Assist PPD Systems team in managing day to day systems operations (e.g issues resolution, system entries, annual processes set up etc); * Compile and analyze data for regular and ad-hoc PPD reports (e.g leave, recruitment, compensation etc); * Develop and maintain documentation and training materials on PPD systems, participate to PPD Team ad-hoc trainings; * Assist Manager, Compensation and Benefits, with compensation surveys preparation and other compensation data analyses as required; * Participate in the new PPD integrated platform implementation project, performing the tasks assigned by the Project Manager, including organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes, performing data-cleaning and various data extracts, developing communication/training materials (videos, FAQs..) etc * Maintain Project intranet site with relevant information on project progression and system. Qualifications: * Master degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field; * Proficiency in Excel, agile with IT tools, experience in HR Systems would be a plus; * Analytical skills combined with ability to communicate results in a meaningful way; * Good team work skills and capable of working independently; capability to learn on his/her own; * Accuracy and attention to detail; * Ability to handle several tasks concurrently, ensuring respect for tight deadlines; * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, another language would be an asset; * Project management awareness. ------------------------- People are at the heart of everything we do at IATA.
