Náplň práce: The Senior Manager Aircraft Lease Return is responsible for providing strategic and operational management of company’s aircraft redelivery process ensuring that aircrafts meet all contractual obligations and lease return requirements.  The role will ensure that all maintenance requirements are prepared and planned in a timely cost effective manner and all technical records are controlled and archived according to airworthiness and safety requirements. Specific Responsibilities of the role includes: STRATEGIC/OPERATIONAL * Monitors aircraft lease return process with all concerned Company’s Departments and ensures that airframe, engines, components and all associated documentation meets the lease return conditions. * Develops and implement policies, procedure with clear objective in accordance with company procedure. * Develops in depth process and knowledge to increase department’s efficiency including inter-department activities such as components cost optimization and improve Lease Return department performance. * Manages the aircraft lease return Team and ensures re-delivery of aircraft is in accordance with contractual agreement obligations. Ensures compliance with legal, contractual and safety regulations. * Monitors Aircraft re-deliver process and ensure specifications set forth in the contractual documents area met at minimum cost. * Liaises with Company’s departments in the interpretations of technical requirements during the planning and execution stages of aircraft re-deliveries. * Responsible and gets involve on Department function budget by ensuring that mechanisms are in place to capture all re-delivery expenses and improves the process to reduce the cost. * Prioritizes projects assigned by VP Lease Return and ensures target are met and objectives are secured. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT * Consults and liaises with leasing company and maintains strong relationship with Contract, Engineering, Planning, Finance and other stakeholder with regards to all aspects governing aircraft re-deliveries. MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP * Establishes the Department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives * Regularly evaluates the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures, practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed. * Oversees and supervises employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery. * Trains and develops other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place. * To be committed and contribute to the National talent development, by coaching the national developees, preparing for them for a career with boundless potential. Leading to the program’s continued growth and success.
Požadované znalosti/dovednosti: You must have relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor’s level in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. You are required to have minimum of 10 years aviation technical experience, including 5 years in Aircraft Lease Return. You must be in a management role for at least 3 years. You have good knowledge of aircraft, engines, interiors and avionics system. You have experience in managing complex projects, clients, partners and organizations. You are able to work in a highly pressurized working environment with high volume activities.  You have previous experience in engaging with a diverse workforce and a proven record of accomplishment of developing action plans and measuring its success.  You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have strong negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes. You must have good managerial skills with the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. You have exceptional people values; very adept at bringing out strengths in others. You inspire and motivate teams and individuals to meet the organization's vision and goals. You have the ability to provide a conducive work place that fosters the development of others, facilitates cooperation and teamwork. You have strong service orientation and cross cultural awareness.
