职责 * Support the team to implement the strategy for the business development of IFG and iiNET; * Provide in-depth business and technical support to the airlines, service providers and also to the Sales field teams in scope of IFG and iiNET functionalities; * Manage the iiNET and IFG contract cycles, invoicing and invoice collection in collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance; * Track and monitor leads and support sales efforts in co-ordination with the field offices; * Identify and evaluate new product requirement/enhancement opportunities; * Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders, external business partners, and key accounts; * Provide timely and accurate financial and operational reporting to management; * Measure overall results of marketing campaigns and present findings; * Manage the customer care support and measure the customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * University degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent experience; * Minimum 5 years of experience in BSP Settlement Systems environment or related experience, with a strong knowledge and experience in the area of airline sales and distribution, ticketing to settlement processes and data file distribution; * Understanding of IATA DISH. Any other IATA distribution / settlement standards is a plus; * Accurate and precise with numbers, fast learner; * Understanding of business process modelling with analytical and project management skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work internationally and cross-culturally; * Ability to think “out of the box” and challenge the current way of working in order to drive for continuous process improvement; * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. 职责
