职责 Advocate for the adoption of industry best practices in both passenger and cargo businesses; Support member airlines and other industry stakeholdes  in the diagnosis, design, and implementation of  aviation industry projects; Support the Country Manager in: a) disseminating across governments and local authorities the benefits that commercial aviation brings to the economy and the development of the countries, b) promoting the adoption of standards, best practices and international agreements, and c) coordinating the advocacy of IATA positions on key regulatory issues; Build and maintain close relationships with member airlines and other industry stakeholders, including airports, regulators, ANSPs, DGCAs, Tourism Agencies, suppliers and service providers across the region; liaise with government authorities both at the executive and operational levels; Responsible for the establishment and facilitation of  multidisciplinary working groups composed by stakeholders from private and public sectors aimed at addressing different topics of the aviation agenda; Jointly with  the Manager Industry Relationship (MIR) develop relationships with industry stakeholders to promote and sell IATA commercial products and services; Attend meetings and conferences with industry stakeholders; Organize meetings and events as appropriate; Provide timely reports to the Country Manager and or/ Regional Leadership Team (RLT) Leader and Head Quarters as appropriate, regarding progress of work and achievement of set objectives; Any other tasks as assigned by the Country Manager. X   EXPERIENCE  SPECIALIZED ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE 5 years 3-5 years of experience in the aviation, transport, travel, related and/or similar industry X   EDUCATION ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Economics  or other related field according to the role X   CERTIFICATION(S) ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE

职责

Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
