职责 As a Regional Cargo Sales Manager, you will be responsible to provide leadership on a strategic and commercial  level for all regional Global Accounts  in sales territories. You will  strategically develop and deliver new Cargo Global Corporate Accounts revenue targets in the region, maximizing the return from existing  market whilst identifying and penetrating  new markets where appropriate.
必备技能 Tactical/Strategic • Structure and implement business and marketing plan to optimise QR revenue and presence in assigned territory. • Manage and expand business in the assigned territory. • Manage accounts against clear revenue targets, cost of sale and QR compliance criteria. • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with Global Corporate Accounts (GCA). • Contribute to the overall QR Cargo formulation and implementation of global Cargo sales strategy to maximise short and long term revenue opportunities. • Review sales account data to drive revenue and seek tactical opportunities. • Maximise value from marketing related activities. • Develop and implement effective marketing of QR Cargo range of product and services. • Direct and control the General Sales Agents  (GSA's)  in the area to ensure QR cargo goals and objectives with the Global Corporate Accounts customers are consistently met.   Operational • Ensure QR Cargo is always developing new opportunities within each QR GCA, this includes new business won,tenders on-going, strategic developments, maintaining and building relationship. • Monitor GCA performance indicators for both revenue as  well  as Flown As Booked (FAB) to identify business developments. • Implement and manage quality improvement measures to provide top quality products and services. • Support development of specific products requested by customers  and / or evolving within the industry. • Maintain close contact to market developments including Other Airlines (OAL)  activities,  market info. • Effective planning, organization  and time management,  which results in maximum  customer interface. • Negotiate short, medium and long term pricing initiatives to mutual benefit which are consistent with the Regions revenue goals and pricing guidelines. • Monitor and control budgets to ensure compliance  with set targets. • Introduce QR Cargo products  in  the assigned  region  and maintain  sales and high standard  of service  to customers. • Recommend,implement and effectively control pricing. • Negotiate agreements and resolve potential  issues or problems with customers. • Maintain insight to  regional  market conditions to identify  trends,  new or prospects  and possible  threats, with appropriate  recommendation  and response.  Keep data bank of market trends. • Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. • Generate management reports for performance  evaluation.
