职责 Organize content on the SFO division main Intranet pages Support Head and Manager SVPO in gathering requirements for improvements to the external industry committee website (for Operations Committee) Liaise with departments across the division to harmonize the Sharepoint web collaboration pages that support committee, working group and task force communications Create and edit content as requested by the Head/Manager SVPO. Troubleshoot user interface problems and propose design solutions according to IATA branding guidelines Document all processes related to relevant website maintenance Support the coordination of process documentation project for both the OPC committee communications and SVPO administration processes. Assist the Head and Manager SVPO to edit and standardize the processes, guidelines and /or manuals for the documentation project. Occasional support to the SVP Safety and Flight Operations as requested.Assist with Administrative tasks Qualifications: University degree in any related professional services (Communications, Administration, Web design) Excellent knowledge and experience with Sharepoint platform Strong skills with Microsoft Office package (especially Word and Excel) Good understanding of usability and responsive design best practices Excellent communication and analytical skills Good interpersonal skills and effective team player in a multicultural working environmentProficient in English; Knowledge in any other language such as French, Spanish, etc. is an asset. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Web based project to redesign the division's main websites (internal collaboration site and external industry committee site) on the Sharepoint platform, and 2. process documentation for the process of the SVP Office admin and Industry Committee meetings. He / she will also provide admin support to the SVPO team and will take part in the preparatory work for the IATA Industry Committee meetings as needed.

职责
Organize content on the SFO division main Intranet pages

Support Head and Manager SVPO in gathering requirements for improvements to the external industry committee website (for Operations Committee)
