Trách nhiệm - Provide support to all IATA Consulting project managers for all administrative related issues; - Handle the department’s matters relating to vendor master, supplier contracts, purchase orders and supplier invoices; - Prepare and format contracts, obtain necessary signatures and approvals; - Maintain records of payments made to vendors using an established database; - Prepare travel requests for external consultants and for department staff, as needed; - Co-ordinate meeting arrangements and prepare, /co-ordinate meeting documentation and reports; - Liaise with other IATA business units; - Draft routine correspondence and carry out other tasks at the request of the LOB. Qualifications: - University degree, CEGEP (3-year DEC) or equivalent; - Three years of professional experience in a business support function, preferably in a multicultural and commercial environment; - Excellent team player but also capable of working independently; - Highly organized, with the ability to handle many tasks concurrently and meeting tight deadlines; - Ability to think creatively to solve problems and strong sense of customer service; - At ease working with figures, financial and administrative reports; - Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office, Excel and Word, while SAP experience would be a definite asset; - Fluency in English, both written and spoken is essential; knowledge of another language would also be an asset. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
