Обов’язки: Supporting the planning, promotion and execution of IATA industry activities such as the ADS, Hackathons, White Papers, Webinars, and Newsletters by supporting: * The promotion of these activities through digital media (e.g. social media, videos, newsletters, email) in close collaboration and partnership with the divisional manager Communications, Web and Corporate Communications team; * Logistics of pre, during, post-event, e.g. ensuring conference speakers submit their presentations on-time and the presentations are in the right format and style etc; * Organization of c-level media interviews onsite in close collaboration and partnership with the divisional manager Communications and Web and Corporate Communications team; * The drafting of industry publications such as White Papers, by liaising with internal and external content contributors and assisting the editorial lead, in close collaboration and partnership with the divisional manager Communications, Web and Corporate Communications team; * The team to work with manager Communications, Web and Corporate Communications to fully exploit the potential of IATA’s communication channels, especially social media channels, to monitor and shape conversations on key topics, in conformance with IATA social media policies. Qualifications: University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or equivalent; Marketing and/or communications experience required; Social media experience an asset; Graphic design and videography skills would be a plus; Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment; Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent native level English skills (verbal & written), knowledge of other languages is an asset; Highly computer literate: fully familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using the Internet. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
