Обов’язки: Process technical/ general Program inquiries and assist in addressing matters from Audit Organizations, airlines and the internal Quality Assurance Program; Pro-actively and professionally liaise with airlines and Program stakeholders on a regular basis;  Review and interpret ISSA standards for feedback; Analyze assessment procedures in regards to their relevance and effectiveness;  Continuously improve Program procedures; Develop and implement initiatives to drive Program adoption;  Analyze operational Program issues and develop enhancements to the ISSA Documentation System (e.g. ISSA Program Manual, ISSA Standards Manual, Auditor Handbook);  Cooperate with the Manager, Audit Training on aspects that need to be incorporated into the auditor training. Qualifications: University degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent technical standard or experience; Minimum 5 years experience in airline operations, preferably in a quality and/or safety role; In-depth knowledge of operational audit principles and processes; In-depth knowledge of worldwide regulatory operational requirements such as the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), and the relationship to IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) specifications; Excellent project management skills; Ability to communicate efficiently, to interact comfortably with senior management and to summarize key issues with tact and diplomacy; Self-confident, highly motivated, energetic, initiative skills and a team player; Excellent knowledge of MS Office and IT related matters including presentational software; Knowledge of sales and marketing will be considered as an asset; Excellent in written and spoken English; Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an asset. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
