Обов’язки: Senior Subject Matter Expert who: a) is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Financial and Distribution Services (FDS) Headquarter Division b) is accountable for IATA's achievement of FDS divisional targets across the region c) drives mapping of value-add solutions to member and other stakeholder account needs as well as provide intelligence to further enhance IATA solutions and develops the business further  SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT (SPOC) FOR HEADQUARTER DIVISION * Act as the regional SPOC between Headquarter and the Region for all Financial and Distribution Services (FDS) matters; Maintain strong functional interface with the FDS Division and  benefit from central resources, campaigns, material, competence, events and general support * In alignment with the Regional Vice President, lead target handshake on behalf of the region for Board Monitored Activities (BMAs) and Other Strategic Activities (OSAs) and act as main driver for their delivery BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OVERSIGHT : * Identify value-add FDS business solutions to meet needs of members and stakeholders as received by Area Managers; * Develop and coordinate action plans on a country by country basis, to manage the FDS (non-IATA Settlement Systems) priorities and targets across the region, ensuring both a unified regional approach and an adequate country-specific coverage of the FDS topics. * Build a medium to long term yet dynamic FDS regional strategy * Own planning and execution of all FDS annual campaigns, new central divisional initiatives, IATA industry-wide programs and regional priorities agreed upon in the FDS strategy * Prepare, oversee and monitor FDS project delivery and activities * Provide timely reports to senior management regarding the progress of work and the achievement of set objectives COMMERCIAL * Own the regional FDS commercial targets and contribute to the achievement of the regional targets by identifying commercial opportunities in close cooperation with area managers, and the central FDS team. * Enhance existing IATA's solutions, identify and develop new, high quality, market-driven products, services and industry initiatives  based on sound market intelligence and customer satisfaction about products and services delivered, in collaboration with the Regional Leadership Team KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: * Build and maintain pro-active, professional and top management level relationships with regional stakeholders across the passenger value chain and cargo supply chain (including Travel Management Companies (TMCs), forwarders, airlines, airports, associations, suppliers) in alignment with the Area Managers * Promote FDS policies, positions, objectives, activities, services and products amongst key accounts; * Drive regional agenda for the local governance groups (LCAG-P, LCAG-C, APJC, ALWG, FAG, ICAP, etc.) and own actions resulting from the meetings with the support of FDS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Area Managers * Maintain fairness and impartiality in order to preserve and protect the best interest and continuing viability and effectiveness of the Association EXPERT COACHING AND THOUGHT LEADERSHIP * Support the area managers in advocating key FDS initiatives, objectives, activities, services and products and support achieving regional targets as set in the country action plans; * Support the area managers in the effective management of governance meetings to influence the industry locally to adopt ISS risk management best practice * Actively support the talent development of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) * Foster a culture of inclusion, integrity, team spirit, strategic thinking, partnering, innovative pioneering and acting with a human touch Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline, * Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience in a management role at an international level * Experience in the aviation and/or travel industry * Working knowledge of IATA Settlement Systems (ISS) and IATA Agency Programme Operations * Advanced Proficiency in MS Office * Fluency in English (CEFR: C1) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Advanced degree is an asset e.g. MBA * Experience in digital technology is an asset * Previous experience in managing, leading or overseeing projects is an asset * Prior experience in sales and marketing is an asset * Experience in successful public speaking engagements, in making effective presentations to varying audiences and in preparing reports based on technical merits and facts * Proficiency in CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) * Proficiency in regional languages (CEFR B1) ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. COMMERCIAL

* Own the regional FDS commercial targets and contribute to the achievement of the regional targets by identifying commercial opportunities in close cooperation with area managers, and the central FDS team.
* Enhance existing IATA's solutions, identify and develop new, high quality, market-driven products, services and industry initiatives  based on sound market intelligence and customer satisfaction about products and services delivered, in collaboration with the Regional Leadership Team

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

* Build and maintain pro-active, professional and top management level relationships with regional stakeholders across the passenger value chain and cargo supply chain (including Travel Management Companies (TMCs), forwarders, airlines, airports, associations, suppliers) in alignment with the Area Managers
* Promote FDS policies, positions, objectives, activities, services and products amongst key accounts;

* Actively support the talent development of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
* Foster a culture of inclusion, integrity, team spirit, strategic thinking, partnering, innovative pioneering and acting with a human touch

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline,
* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience in a management role at an international level
* Experience in the aviation and/or travel industry
* Working knowledge of IATA Settlement Systems (ISS) and IATA Agency Programme Operations
* Advanced Proficiency in MS Office
* Fluency in English (CEFR: C1)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Advanced degree is an asset e.g. MBA
* Experience in digital technology is an asset
* Previous experience in managing, leading or overseeing projects is an asset
* Prior experience in sales and marketing is an asset
