Обязанности: - Responsible of all the Program Management tasks to deliver on time, in scope, in budget and on quality, manage the 3 years plan, budget, detailed activity based costing, benefits model and achieve the program adoption targets - Manage, motivate and develop the program team and all directly external resources - Responsible for the program coordination with all IATA stakeholders, i.e. the NewGen ISS IATA Readiness program, GDC, ISS Operations, TIP, the Regions, the Country managers and all FDS related projects - Responsible for managing all the deliverables, requests and reporting to the related Industry Groups (PSG, PAPGJC, TAGs, PMWG, FinDev, FinCom, IATA Board, ...) and obtain all necessary Resolutions changes required (PAConf, PSC) on time - In charge of managing all Industry key stakeholders related to the Program, i.e. information, training and supporting their implementation to fulfill their needs and successful implementations - Responsible to complete the Industry solutions developments including vendors management, legal coordination, end-to-end solutions integrations and testing from external to internal solutions - Responsible for the Waves management and planning till complete worldwide roll-out Qualifications: - University degree and a minimum of 15 years of related professional experience; - Strong and proven track record to deliver complex and multi-country programs in the related business area is a mandatory requirement - Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills required; - Ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders, both internal and external; - Delivery and achievement oriented, outstanding organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines; - Cultural awareness and sensitivity; - Excellent writing and communication skills; excellent level of English; knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
