Responsabilités: Zenon are currently searching for a Accounts Administrative Assistant on behalf of a successful aviation maintenance repair organization based in Hampshire. Location: Farnborough Benefits: Pension, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Travel Insurance, Group Health Scheme. The Accounts Administration Assistant should carry out at least the following functions: • Support the accounts assistants with any work overflow • Filing. • Reconciliations • Scanning. • PL invoice query resolution. • Petty Cash administration • Support the Management Accountants with accounting tasks The Accounts Administration Assistant should possess: • A basic knowledge of purchase ledger processes and accounts. • A good standard of IT skills being proficient in Excel and Word. • The ability to plan their workload and to work with minimal supervision. • Good organisational, communication and IT skills. • An outgoing friendly personality with the ability to work within a small team and be an active team member. • Experience in an office environment.
