Responsabilités: Global payment applications from bank, cheque, and settlement systems into the accounting system; Coordinating and resolve payment disputes and refunds; Researching and advising on unidentified payments received until resolved; Track, analyze, and resolve queries & complaints received by the customers (internal and external); Escalate, to the next level, any unresolved customer’s queries or business issue’s within agreed time scales; Ensuring all service level agreements are met; Prepare, provide, explain, and track aged AR reports to the business; Contribute to the achievement of the financial targets and process improvements; Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader, Accounts Receivable. Qualifications: University degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an accounting function; proven teamwork and strong initiative skills;  Ability to deal with people from different levels and cultures from within the organization;  Ability to prioritize work so all targets are achieved, and to coordinate and control multiple tasks simultaneously; Attention to detail, fast learner, speed, integrity, proactivity, able to handle complex reconciliation of customer accounts; Excellent PC skills, particularly with MS office; intermediate excel knowledge a must, SAP experience an advantage;  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other languages are an asset. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Responsabilités:
Global payment applications from bank, cheque, and settlement systems into the accounting system;
Coordinating and resolve payment disputes and refunds;
