Responsabilités: * Translate needs analysis and functional specifications into detailed curriculum and course designs. * Work with Training Product Managers to accurately define learning objectives and design and develop audience-appropriate, efficient and effective training solutions that meet IATA standards and industry best practices for a given learning format. * Develop training materials with appropriate version control and document management guidelines including content review, revision and sign-off cycles * Develop materials consistent with the project documentation standards and templates. * Support end-to-end development and operations of e-learning including identification, negotiation and contracting with service providers * Work with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate reviews of training materials. * Measure and report effectiveness of all training conducted. * Develop training, assessment, and performance support material based on course designs Qualifications: KEY COMPETENCIES * Has demonstrated ability to design, develop, deliver and track e-learning projects (level 2 interactivity and above) * Is able to conduct all stages of learning development and delivery from instructional design, to deployment and monitoring on LMS, and measuring the effectiveness of training, including the possibility of managing internal and external collaborators * Is able to consult internal stakeholders in strategic planning for e-learning design, development and deployment * Is able to contribute to develop standards, guidelines, and specifications for the design and development of e-learning and other digital learning products. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Demonstrated ability to develop web-based training using Captivate, Storyline or other leading e-learning authoring tool. Ability to program in HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset. * Demonstrated instructional design skills * Advanced knowledge of adult learning and instructional design theory, principles, and practice * Basic project management/organizational skills * Advanced knowledge of needs analysis/assessment * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems including course enrollments, reporting and troubleshooting * Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships QUALIFICATIONS * Graduate degree in educational technology or Bachelor's degree in education or related field with specialization in instructional design or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience * 5+ years of relevant experience, in eLearning design and development, with at least 2-3 years of experience specifically in the design of e-learning courseware, ideally in an international professional services environment, * Advanced experience in e-learning software design and development * Solid knowledge of curriculum design and delivery principles * Knowledge of leading e-learning authoring tools, virtual classroom platforms, LMSs, Video and image edition software, MS Office * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and ability to set priorities in a collaborative way * Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams seamlessly ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Expérience requise: Reporting to the Learning & Development Specialist, and working in collaboration with the Product Managers and the Systems Manager, the E-Learning Specialist will be responsible for the development of e-learning solutions for IATA Training. Responsibilities will include developing new e-learning curriculum and converting existing textbook curriculum into level 2 and level 3 interactivity, SCORM-based e-learning instructional and technical design specifications, and developing, testing, and configuring the training for hosting and tracking on IATA Training’s Learning Management System (LMS), while ensuring that the end product meets IATA Training standards and are in line with end user and stakeholder needs.
