Responsabilités: * Manage the Salesforce.com platform for all organization users. * Perform Salesforce.com configuration and administration, including definition and implementation of org-wide defaults, roles, user profiles, record ownership rules, sharing rules, manage fields/relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, custom buttons/links, etc. * Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. * Perform data hygiene and routine maintenance activities. * Administer App Exchange products like DemandTools, DupeBlocker and SnapShot.  * Maintains updated system documentation, policies & procedures. * Contribute to salesforce.com activities, allowing the full potential of the salesforce.com solution to be realized. * Ensure that the solutions implemented are aligned with our data and platform governance. * Ensure that development teams follow the best practices and guidelines. * Stays current with salesforce.com releases, adjusting solution and configuration based on release developments. * Responsible for Level 3 support, and adhere to the company’s change control process working closely with the application support team. * Other duties as assigned   Qualifications: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES: * Minimum of four years’ experience with Salesforce administration, development and/or implementation or equivalent experience required, along with a minimum of six years of total experience in a software development environment * Knowledge using tools like ExactTarget, Zuora, Atlassian solutions (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo), is an advantage * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word required * Good organization and time management skills * Excellent troubleshooting skills * Customer focused, action oriented and committed to driving quality results * Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. * Fluency in spoken and written English.  Other languages are an advantage. CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience - Required * Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator or Developer Certification - Preferred ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
