Responsabilités: Support the Head of ISS Product Portfolio to define and implement the strategy for the existing and future products part of the Product Portfolio; Drive the market and define the appropriate actions plan to build customer demand and market adoption as one solution fits all airlines business models (NDC, Ticketless, ET, ..), distribution channels and forms of payment through new services and service providers integration; Collaborate with the Line of Business (LoB) and Marketing & Sales teams to create a marketing plan, pricing strategy, product positioning and sales distribution/channel plan to maximize revenues and transaction volumes to be fed in the BSP; Develop a customer retention plan with the support of the Business Delivery Team. Support and collaborate with the Product Development and Planning Manager on the development of the product enhancement and the deployment plan; Exceed the annual financial targets (revenue and operational result) of the services and work closely with the different stakeholders to maximize product's revenue growth; Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and other developments that may impact the services; Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders, external business partners, and key accounts; Provide timely and accurate financial and operational reporting to management. Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent; 5 years of management experience in the aviation industry with strong experience in airline sales and distribution, ticketing to settlement processes and standards; Robust understanding of industry payment solution and payment business models; Strong experience in core product management, including customer analysis, market segmentation, KPI management, operational management and roadmap development; Proven experience of managing global products with strong achievement in revenue growth, market penetration, budgeting and forecasting; Good leadership quality and willingness to share knowledge; Able to handle pressure and manage tight deadlines efficiently; Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team in an international and cross-cultural environment; Understanding of business process modeling with analytical and product management skills; Ability to think “out of the box” and challenge the current way of working in order to drive for continuous process improvement; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Responsible for revenue and market penetration growth by formalizing and conducting the product sales and marketing plan, improving the customer retention in a full alignment with the Business Delivery team and the Product Development and Planning team and the Product Portfolio targets.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
