Responsabilidades: In this role as Production Oversight Supervisor, you will be responsible to manage and liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO) in following the aircraft during build up or Maintenance and ensure the highest quality is maintained. you will prepare status report to maintain optimal product performance at maximum cost efficiency.
Key Accountabilities include:
Habilidades requeridas: To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Aeronautical or other Engineering disciplines. Diploma or Degree in Management will be an advantage. You must hold ICAO Type II license. You should have minimum 9 years of job-related experience in airworthiness, reliability or technical support functions in a continuing airworthiness management organization of a reputed airline. Internal candidates should have completed minimum of 2 years in EN.02.
You must have sound knowledge of applicable legislation, document and industry norms and best practices. You should be able to communicate effectively and guide a team of engineers. Strong mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to foster teamwork among team members.
