Responsabilidades: * Coordinate any administrative and compliance matters in the IATA branch office and fulfil any reporting to central functions, as required;  * Manage the Industry Settlement Systems (ISS) in India, as required;  * Support the Head, IATA India Branch and the Regional Director in researching and preparing documentation, papers, presentations, for campaigns, sales activities, and industry meetings as needed;  * Maintain pro-active, professional relationships with member airlines (including the local representatives of foreign airlines) and other industry stakeholders, as requested;  * Assist the Head, IATA India Branch and the Regional Director in the local implementation of campaigns and sales efforts;  * Perform representative duties based on any Power of Attorney received from the Corporate Secretary;  * Support the organisation of IATA’s events in India and represent IATA, as required;  * Run the local governance of the Passenger Agency Programs (LCAGP, APJC, JALWG,etc.);  * Influence local ISS governance to adopt effective risk management rules for members’ funds;  * Support the Head, IATA India Branch and Regional Director on India office regulatory compliance related business issues;  * Serve as a facilitator and host for visits of IATA senior managers and/or subject matter experts;  * Represent IATA in legal and court-related cases. as and when required; and  * Any other tasks, as requested by the Head, IATA India Branch, the Regional Director, FDS and/or the Country Director, India. Qualifications: * University degree in business administration, economics or another relevant discipline;  * 10 years of professional experience in a similar role; * Previous experience in airline passenger and /or cargo business processes would be an added advantage;  * Aviation industry background will be an asset;  * Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programmes (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project, as well as familiarity with databases and a CRM tool such as Salesforce.com; and  * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
