Enhance your professional success as a Quality inspector in production and realise your vision together with ARTS. In your future position you will be based near Munich for our customer in the aerospace industry and, among other duties, will be responsible for quality inspections during assembly processes. This is a temporary role with an expected minimal duration of 3 months. Task Description • Selecting applicable measurement devices for conformance checks on items within established tolerances • Performing visual and dimensional inspections of items during assembly to ensure conformity with correspondent specifications, work instructions and drawings • Entering results into the ERP system and clearing items for further use • Creating Non-Conformance reports and raising them to relevant functions to make sure discrepancies are addressed effectively • Supporting the resolution of non-conformities with necessary back-up documentation • Close cooperation with Quality, Production and Engineering teams to detect and address hardware and process discrepancies, obtain satisfactory documentation and enable the disposition of the item
Required skills: Requirements • Completed training in a technical profession or higher • At least 3 years' experience in a similar function, ideally in the aerospace or automotive sector • Experience with composite materials, aerostructures and mechanic/mechatronic components • Full familiarity with conformity requirements for incoming goods as well as with metrology and measurement methods • Good understanding and application of inspection-related documentation such as First Article Inspection and different Certificates of Conformity, as well as familiarility with technical drawings and work instructions • Very good English required, German would be a plus • Strong and proactive communicator, enthusiasm and thoroughness Services • Very good and negotiable payment • Extensive benefit program with catering, team events, state-of-the-art work equipment and much more • Flat hierarchies and maximum personal development and participation potential • Open, team-oriented and dynamic working atmosphere • Contract extension possible dependent on performance and business requirements
