Aufgaben: The role is expected to include, but not be limited to, the following aspects: * Support the Industry & Market Analysis (IMA) team in preparing briefing and research outputs across a range of industry trends and issues; * Potential current research areas of interest include the implications of trade disputes on the industry and the effects of the recent IMO climate change strategy on air transport; * Support the team in responding to requests from member airlines, internal and external stakeholders for information, data, charts and other assistance; * Assist IATA's regional teams (including the preparation of country briefing and analysis, region-based presentations and reports); * Support the broader work of the IMA team in relation to its commercial activities - such as the annual Strategic Partner Workshop; * Assist with various communication & dissemination activities, across a range of channels, including some social media; and * Identify opportunities for, and document, process improvements with members of the Economics team. Qualifications: Recent University Economics graduate;  Outstanding written and spoken English; Interested in airline economics; Well-developed interpersonal skills, strong team player;  Excellent organizational and administrative skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, without sacrificing attention to detail; Highly energetic, professional and motivated individual; Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
