Aufgaben: In this role, you will work responsible will be responsible to support the development of effective of human capital programmes which accelerate the development and readiness of Nationals for future placement in key positions within Qatar Airways administrative structure.  You must assist and ensure timely coordination in the creation of a well-equipped pool of suitably experience Qatari talent for internal recruitment and promotion. collaborate with business leaders and their team by proactively managing, consulting, influencing and seeking continuous improvement of the overall Graduate and Aviation Management Programmes within Qatar Airways.  
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management. Master Degree is preferable. A minimum of 7 years of job related experience is required. You will need a proven ability to understand various motivational needs behind behaviors. you must have proven experience with a diverse workforce/multicultural environment. Demonstrate ability to work under pressure to defined tight timescales. Proven track record of developing career succession plan and measuring its success.  You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with good computer skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and well developed aadvanced analytical skills.   Notes: 1.
