Aufgaben: * Participate in the scrum team towards a vision in small steps, along the way to check-in, adjust, calibrate and moving forward in implementing a successful system, in terms of application architecture, technical solution, system design, quality assurance. * Support the project to build and convey vision and  to the scrum team; * Creating and maintaining the Product backlog; * Participate in each stream sprint/release/iteration deliverables (including testing); * Attend daily scrum and retrospective regularly with respect the scrum culture; * Participate in every sprint testing, and explore for any change of improvement, identify problems and resolve faster; * Review and evaluate technical design and technical quality issues and processes. * Coordinate and collaborate workflow processes and issues in designing, programming and testing. * Explores new technologies for future integration planning and potential implementation * Liaison with vendor, IATA ITS and SMEs, as an interface with clients, software professionals and consultants; * Back-up to other Project Product Owner, New Front End * Document management; * Any other tasks as requested by the Head of New Front End. Qualifications: * * University Degree in technical area (engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, etc); * At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3-5 years' experience in SCRUM development methodology; knowledge and experience of e-commercial or e-wallet platform development is a plus;  * Excellent experience of design, development and maintenance of global platforms and applications * Experience of the AWS, MuleSoft and other similar technologies (Web Service/API–RPC/REST, Open source Database, etc) * Project management experience * Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people of all cultures and at all levels; * A proven team-player with a strong, positive attitude, energy, and a communicative nature; * Attention to the detail and highly resilient to uncertainty; * Passionate to work in complex and demanding projects; * Highly flexible approach in finding solutions to specific problems; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively, cross culturally at multiple levels; * Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential, and other language (Spanish) will be asset ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. The person also needs fast-learning capability to acquire the business knowledge (BSP, ISS, BSPlink).
