Náplň práce: 1. Review all activities executed in risk management operations and daily settlement, and align with IATA Resolutions and SOPs. 2. Raise the Exception based on the market requirment and ensure to all operations align with IATA standard. 3. Prepare the proposal based on the market requirement accordingly. 4. Responsible for the risk management operations and daily settlement operation fully align with the Reso/SOP/KPI targets. 5.Responsible for project management and assure to achieve the project KPIs and targets. 6. Assist Manager to lead the feasibility study of new projects impacts.  7. Responsible for preparing the Business Case and Plan, complete each tasks on schedule with high quality. 8. In charge of testing on the enhancements. Qualifications: 1. University degree and above in Business Administration, Law or related field; 2. Experience in a business support function, preferably in a multicultural/commercial environment; 3. Excellent organizational and customer service skills; 4. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly demanding environment while meeting tight deadlines; 5. A keen and fast learner, has strong intent and aspiration to go beyond with successful track records. 6. Ability to set priorities, and work with speed with a strong customer focus and a high level of drive and energy; 7. Excellent IT skills including MS office; 8. Náplň práce:
