Náplň práce: * Lead airport development and airport charges teams to drive strategic short-mid term leadership and direction setting on global policies and campaigns across the globe and support the Director Global Airport Infrastructure & Fuel on the setting of the longer term strategy * Manage strategy to deliver results and adapting to changes in business / operational / political / regulatory / technological developments in the airport segment to ensure we can deliver the best results for our members across all regions. * Deliver Board Monitored Activities and Other Strategic Objectives in airport development and charges * Manage global Airports Working group, coordinate with the IAC, OPC, the FINCOM Steering Committee and BG. * Coordinate with member airlines, normally at SVP level, influence airports at CEO, CFO, COO level and engage with governments, DGACs, regulators, competition commissions and other senior industry stakeholders. * Influence EC, ECAC, ACI, ICAO and other associations to buy in to IATA strategy and priority actions for airports. * Deliver innovation on our approach to airports, the move to more proactive engagement which sets the agenda for change, and way in which we interact / address the complexity of interactions with related stakeholders. * This role is responsible for direct collaboration with the Regional APCS Directors, with other departments within APCS as well as maintaining close interaction and collaboration with other divisions and teams in MACS, MER, SFO and FDS. Qualifications: * 15 years professional experience with strong background and industry knowledge in airport and airline operations and economics is essential. * The position needs depth of knowledge, gravitas and credibility to be able to lead IATA presentation with global stakeholders such as ACI, the ability to negotiate and influence key senior industry stakeholders and lead and manage multiple sub-teams within IATA. * In-depth knowledge on the regulatory / political environment on a global level is required to be successful in this role. * Ability to drive close collaboration and knowledge exchange with other IATA divisions and regions as well as external partners is essential.  * University Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or equivalent with relevant post graduate qualification preferred.  ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Determining global policies and generating agreement with senior airline representations on our approach to airports and the short-mid term actions IATA needs to take. This role also involves influencing senior industry stakeholders, across the globe, to ensure buy-in to our vision and drive collaboration at an industry level. This role is key to manage the strategic approach required to optimizing the industry value chain, reallocating risk, achieving industry savings measured in BMAs and ensuring we can help deliver affordable and functionally efficient airport infrastructure for our members' interests. These are priority areas where IATA is increasingly recognized for being successful but can still add further value to members. This role is an essential contribution in IATA's strategy given the pending shortfalls in efficient and effective airport provision around the globe.

In 2006, we consolidated European regional offices into one unique hub and drove staff development from simply training to focus on a leadership & learning role.

Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
