Náplň práce: Supporting the ADRM development team, this position, in coordination with all key internal stakeholders from the relevant departments, as well as external stakeholders in the industry (such as airport planning consultants, engineering firms) will be supporting the following: * Review of the current methodology published in the ADRM and related industry feedback * Analyze alternative methodologies for airport capacity calculations in regards to best-practice and shortfalls in the methods * Consolidate industry views on required improvements in the calculation * Develop updated methodologies (mathematical formulas as well as written guidance material) based on the recommendations for all sub-systems * Gain industry endorsement for updated calculations * Present and engage with related working groups as needed Qualifications: Background in Airport Planning or Engineering Must have strong mathematical, excel, modeling skills Must have strong communication skills, both written & oral, to persuade by reasoned argument based on technical merit. Fluent spoken & written English is essential; Comfortable to work on own and within a team, and be able to self-motivate to achieve results for internal and external stakeholders; A highly motivated candidate that demonstrates willingness to adopt IATA Core Values, i.e. innovation, integrity, leadership, openness to change, people focus, results orientation, speed, teamwork & cultural intelligence. ------------------------- At the heart of IATA are our Values and Behaviors. Požadované znalosti/dovednosti: IATA's Airport Development Reference Manual (ADRM) is the key reference guide in the industry for airport development outlining industry best-practice and is used by various stakeholders such as Airports, Master-planning experts and Governments. This position, reporting to the Manager Airport Development, will support the creation of the 11th Edition of the ADRM. A key element of the new publication is the development of a more accurate methodology for capacity calculation of airport terminal sub-systems such as processing facilities, holding facilities and circulation facilities.

Also, in cooperation with Dr. Noel Tichy of the University of Michigan School of Business, we have successfully launched the IATA Change Leadership (ICL) and the IATA Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), which act as incubators for preparing the next generation of IATA leaders.

Additionally, the IATA Internship Programmes (IIP) allows us to attract and develop - on a worldwide basis - the best among young talents interested in joining the air transport industry.
