Отговорности: As a Regional Cargo Product Manager - Asia, you will be responsible to manage the cargo sales and marketing activities of Qatar Airways Cargo Product in the assigned region. You will ensure Qatar Airways (QR) product awareness across the region amongst team members, suppliers, partners and customers as per requirements in conjunction with QR local team. You will plan all product related selling and marketing activities of the region and penetrate the regional market to secure new sources of revenue, while maintaining existing flows.  You will ensure QR's participation in trade related sales campaigns and public events, collecting sales leads for circulation to concerned departments and stations. You will liaise with marketing department to obtain assistance. ACCOUNTABILITIES : * Assist in preparing and controlling the Product revenue and cost budget and provide weekly and monthly reports. * Prepare a business and marketing plan in order to optimize revenue opportunities and maximize QR presence in market within your region. * Negotiate short, medium and long term pricing initiatives to mutual benefit which are consistent with the stations revenue goals and pricing guidelines. * Develop relationships and carry out direct sales visits with Freight Forwarding community in the region in conjunction with accountable cargo sales managers. * Manage regional GSA relationship by setting clear objectives in relations to pricing and sales targets in conjunction with Cargo Managers. * Research and report other airline practices and recommend improvement if required. You will evaluate QRs market share, traffic movements to/from the region. * You will ensure revenue protection plans are in place regionally to monitor revenue targets. * Ensure all freight forwarder queries are answered with effective solutions on time. * You will monitor customer complains for any trends and where appropriate initiate corrective action plans with respective areas responsible. * You will analyses key market data, i.e. CASS, world ACD, local airport etc with the objective of strengthening QR market share. * Maintain customer data base for your region.   
Нужни качества: To join our team in this role you will need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of job related experience in Airline /Airfreight Sales Management. You should have experience in cargo sales and marketing and a strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot market and industry trends. You will have strong experience in Sales and Strategic planning with complete product knowledge and the market practices of the areas under jurisdiction. You will have proven experience negotiating and working within a multi-cultural environment. You should also have knowledge on IATA chapter 17 regulations and knowledge of GDP regulations.  Previous Air Cargo sales or business development experience will be strongly preferred.  Notes: 1.
